I am a qualified Town Planner with an MSc in Spatial Planning and over nine years of experience working for a range of local planning authorities across London and surrounding counties. This makes me perfectly positioned to understand national, local and London planning policies, prepare planning submissions, and negotiate successful outcomes on planning applications/development proposals. I work with/collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of specialists including architects, arboriculturalists, and heritage, flooding, transport, land contamination and noise consultants in the preparation of planning and listed building consent applications.

I cover the whole breadth of applications including; home extensions, changes of use, advert consents, shopfront works, and listed building consents. I can also assist in the preparation, submission and liaison of pre-applications to the local authority to gain advice on a scheme prior to the submission of a formal application. Finally, if a client has had planning permission refused, I can prepare and submit a planning appeal on their behalf.
